 This is the official place where you should get all the official informations. There is sadly no much here since Douglas' death but it is sometimes updated when something important happens.

Part of the BBC website. Created by The Digital Company, the dotcom company co-founded by Douglas. The website's main goal is still the same : create a real guide thanks to all the researchers. You're still not one of them? Come on, it's free, it's easy and you can participate to a collective dream.

More than twenty years old, but still alive and kicking! Their official website is not really updated, but if you become a member, you get their famous magazine "mostly harmless" and a lot of merchandising stuff..

- The Douglas Adams continuum - douglasadams.se
DoD's website is great (he's got some exclusive stuff about Douglas - pics and an interview with Douglas' brother) and he's got an excellent forum. And sometimes he organizes some web chats with some personalities from the Douglas Adams and H2G2 universe (Garth Jennings, Dirk Maggs, Robbie Stamp, Stephen Fry,...).

 Several websites about The movie adaptation of Hitchhikers. The movie blog has some nice stuff (Karey Kirkpatrick self inteview,...). The official movie website was fun and you can still navigate on it. I also added Hammer & Tongs' official website (well they are the guys who made the movie) and the science museum exhibition mini website (yes it's still online).

  Radio 4 launched a special website to celebrate Hitchhiker's Guide return to Radio 4. It is of course the place where you'll get the more sound informations about the Hitchhiker's radio series. First you can listen online the new episodes during one full week after they've been broadcasted. But they have also incredible cool things like picture galleries, production diaries, episode guides, a lot of infos about the old and new series.... and a new version of the Hitchhiker's adventure game (with graphics by Rod Lord)!

 Radio 4 mini website about the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Future, a radio series where "Douglas Adams gave a unique insight into how new technology will change our lives". You can still listen to the four episodes online and they have some nice extra (transcript of the online chat with Douglas, a special video introduction,...)
